At the annual PAX East convention in Boston, the developers behind the new День всех святых video game, Illfonic, Gun Interactive and Further Front, unveiled the first playable demo to fans.

The developers marked the occasion by inviting fans of the franchise to attend the convention dressed as the fictional slasher Michael Myers, aiming to set a Guinness World Record.

254 people gathered wearing the iconic mask and overalls

Miles Dompier of Illfonic, speaking to Guinness World Records, said that there was “a great deal of logistics involved in coordinating a gathering of this size, especially when there are firm guidelines detailing who can participate.”

The mass of Michaels convened outside the convention center to be counted, chanting “MICHAEL” as they awaited news of the record. The record was confirmed by the Guinness World Records with 254 people in total dressing up as Michael Myers.
